There are a wide variety of scholarships and bursaries available to students of PCVS. These awards acknowledge accomplishment in specific subject areas or contributions to school life. Some awards are donated on an annual basis, while others are generated from endowments.

Endowments are invested funds that generate scholarships and bursaries through the interest gained by those funds. Endowments have the advantage of contributing to the School in perpetuity, because the principal of the investment is never touched. Therefore, you can make a gift today that you know will keep giving to students long after you have passed away.

Named endowments can be created for donations of $25,000 or more. Donors can choose the field of study or student leadership activities they wish to reward; however, we encourage you to first speak to the PCVS Principal about student needs. Award recipients will be chosen by PCVS staff directly or through student applications. Awards will be presented at Commencement by the PCVS Principal or award donor. Contributions to establish the endowment may be spread out over a span of 5 years, if desired; awards will be granted once the donation is complete.

Donations under $25,000 will be directed to the PCVS general endowment. This fund will enhance existing scholarships and bursaries and will create new awards to recognize student accomplishment. By donating to this fund, you will be part of a larger community that wishes to provide ongoing support to students
