Seán
Cullen - Master of Ceremonies
Seán Cullen burst onto the comedy scene in 1988 and has been touring
and performing ever since. He is a three time Gemini Award winner and
has been featured in Time Magazine in the USA as the vanguard of
comedy's next generation. He was a member of Corky and the Juice Pigs
for eleven years followed by a fantastically successful solo career on
the stage, TV, radio and in print.

Jimmy
Bowskill
Blues guitarist/singer/songwriter Jimmy Bowskill was discovered by
Jeff Healey at age eleven. He has since released three albums, one
receiving a Juno nomination for Album of the Year, and has opened and
shared the stage with such legends as Dickey Betts, ZZ Top, Jeff
Healey, Garth Hudson and Deep Purple.

Rick
Fines
Having played music professionally for 24 years now, Rick Fines is one
of Canada's leading blues, roots music and slide guitarists. He has
received critical acclaim for his many albums and song writing skills,
both individually and during his fifteen years with Jackson
Delta.

Graham Rowat
Graham may be remembered most recently for his lead role in White
Christmas at the Sony Centre in Toronto, but he has enjoyed many years
of international success in musical theatre. His resume includes the
Broadway musicals Beauty and the Beast, Les Miserables, Dracula - the
Musical, and LoveMusik, to name only a few!

Rob
Phillips
Rob is an extremely talented pianist and musical arranger who has
generously donated his time to rehearse with and accompany many of the
artists performing on May 17th. Rob is a highly sought after musician
who has toured with Second City and The Rick Fines Trio, to mention a
few.
Bluegrass Dan Fewings, Jimmy
Bowskill, Sam Gleason and Oriah Wiersma This quartet has played in
the halls of PCVS on a regular basis for the last 3 years. Their
impromptu bluegrass sessions have delighted staff and students alike.
Sam Gleason shares a few of his excellent bluegrass songs he has
written and these are beautifully supplemented with Oriah's fiddling,
Dan's guitar and Jimmy's upright bass. So get ready to get your feet a
stompin' and your hands a clappin'.
Jubilation
Jubilation is a chorus of twelve women formed under the direction of
Barb Scott, who has also been their accompanist since their beginning
13 years ago. They sing a wide variety of music styles, including show
tunes, jazz numbers, gospel, ballads and folk songs. They have
performed widely in the area, as well as at concerts and for
organizations in Peterborough, at Showplace and elsewhere. In
addition, for the past 6 years, they have performed at the Seniors'
Jubilee series of concerts held annually at Roy Thompson Hall in
Toronto.
Matt Fernandes and Ryan Lussing
Matthew Fernandes- Born into a family of already successful
commercial artists Matthew was accepted into the very first year of
the integrated arts program at P.C.V.S. After graduation he began an
award-winning career in publishing as an Illustrator and a Writer. He
later attended the Ontario College of Art and Design for Film and
Integrated media. He has since gone on to Create, Develop and Produce
a new animated series with his long time friend and P.C.V.S classmate,
Ryan Lussing. The series Dex Hamilton: Alien Entomologist is its first
year of production, and involves companies and Broadcasters from
Austrailia, England, L.A, and Ontario.
Ryan Lussing- Following a successful
career as a photographer, which found him working for some of Canada's
top National clients, international record labels, magazines, and even
TV Networks, Ryan decided he had had enough of hip-hop stars, lingerie
models, and champagne swilling art-directors, and turned his attention
to developing a television series.
His first foray into TV has been a
success, with the animated series, "Dex Hamilton: Alien
Entomologist" having been green-lit for 2 seasons, with producers
on 3 continents. Ryan now works as a writer, producer, and FX director
on the animated children's series, which he co-created along with
series creator, and long time PCVS buddy, Matt Fernandes.

Theresa Rowland
Theresa Rowland graduated from the P.C.V.S. Integrated Arts
Program and the Randolph School of Performing Arts in Toronto. In
2005, Theresa received the Outstanding Student Award from the
Peterborough Theatre Guild. She is performing for the next six months

PCVS Ladies Choir – Conducted by
Christine Vander bank
The PCVS Ladies Choir has performed extensively throughout the
Peterborough community and beyond. This group continues the tradition
of learning and performing the finest music written for women's
voices. It has participated in many music festivals in Canada and the
USA., and over the years has consistently achieved a gold standard at
the National level. Along with performing at many fundraisers and
community functions, the choir this spring will be featured at Westben
in Campbellford.
Jonah Cristall-Clarke and Amy Medvick
Jonah and Amy are former students of the Integrated Arts
Program.
Jonah Cristall- Clark (arranger, bandleader and pianist)
earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Toronto specializing
in Jazz performance. Upon graduation he received the Margaret E. Reid
Jazz Scholarship, the Music Alumni Award and the Don Wright
scholarship for arranging. He has performed often at the Ottawa,

Amy Medvick is currently
finishing her Jazz Studies degree at Humber College on flute, while
pursuing on the side her passion for singing and for world music.
During the past four years she has had the opportunity to perform
alongside jazz saxophone greats Michael Brecker and Dave Liebman, as
well as world-renowned Indian classical musicians Chitravina N.
Ravikiran and Akkarai Shubhalakshmi. She can be seen performing in
Toronto in bands such as The Thing Is and Linnu, as well as her own
groups.
